Unbelievable Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand milk (sweetened)
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. biscuit mix
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Put all ingredients, except coconut, in blender and run on low speed for 3 minutes.
    Pour into greased 10-inch pie pan.
    Let stand for 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle coconut on top.
    Place in oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool before serving.
