Mexican Trash Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tiny chopped black olives (4 oz.)
    2 cans tiny chopped green chilies (4 oz.)
    4 green onions, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
Preparation
    Mix together the above ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Add 4 tablespoons vinegar and 6 tablespoons oil.
    Marinate.
    Chill.
    Drain and then serve with tortilla chips.
