No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box long grain rice with herbs
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream cream of celery soup
1 soup can water
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
6 to 8 pieces chicken (seasoned with salt and pepper)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. In a large bowl, mix long grain rice, mushroom soup, celery soup, water, parsley and curry powder. Pour into baking pan or casserole.
Place chicken on top.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and seal with foil.
Bake for 2 1/2 hours.
Do not open until ready to serve.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
