Cream Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. minced dried onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    additional milk (if needed)
    8 to 10 peeled potatoes
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes with 1 teaspoon of salt until tender.
    Drain and mash potatoes.
    Blend in rest of ingredients.
    Put in 3-quart casserole.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
