Meat And Cheese Tortillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef chuck
1 (16 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar Italian cooking sauce
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. sliced pitted olives
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
few drops hot pepper sauce
12 (7-inch) flour tortillas
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
hot sauce to taste (optional)
Preparation

Cook ground beef until brown and crumbly; drain.
Combine meat, cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Italian sauce, green pepper, onion, olives and flour.
Season and mix well.
