Oven Barbecued Chicken(Light) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler-fryer, cut up (skin optional)
    3/4 c. chili sauce
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces, skin sides up, in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake in 375\u00b0 oven 30 minutes.
    Spoon sauce over chicken; bake, uncovered, until thickest pieces are done, about 30 minutes longer.
    Yields 6 servings, 204 calories each.
