Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini
    1 large onion
    1 small green pepper
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Wash zucchini and remove ends.
    Do not peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Cut onion and pepper into rings.
    Heat oil in 12-inch skillet.
    Place zucchini in skillet and brown lightly on both sides.
    Add onion and green pepper.
    Sprinkle in salt, garlic salt, pepper and oregano.
    Top with tomatoes.
    Cover and bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes.
    Uncover and sprinkle cheese over vegetables.
    Simmer 15 minutes or until zucchini is tender and a fairly thick sauce.
