Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box poppy seed (2 1/2 oz.)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 c. plain flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. instant milk powder
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Soak together for 1 hour in large bowl, poppy seed and milk; add and beat the eggs, oil, sugar and almond extract.
Mix separately both flours, milk powder and baking powder.
Add dry ingredients to wet.
Mix. Bake in greased and floured cake pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
If desired ice with xxxx sugar icing with lemon juice.
