Slim 'N Trim Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh or canned pumpkin
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1 1/4 c. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt substitute
    3 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. low-calorie margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. each: nutmeg, ginger and cloves
Preparation
    Preparation:
    Combine ingredients and pour into a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes.
    Yield:
    Six 117 calorie servings.
