Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread dough, thawed
    olive oil
    oregano
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced
    1/2 lb. boiled ham, sliced
    1/2 lb. Italian salami, sliced
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    green pepper to taste, chopped fine
    mushrooms to taste, chopped fine
    onions to taste, chopped fine
Preparation
    Smash bread down and roll into large rectangle (10 x 15-inch). Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.
    Lay on cheese and meat slices.
    Sprinkle with additional Cheddar cheese.
