Peanut-Cheese-Raisin Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices cinnamon-raisin bread
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. chunky peanut butter
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Spread one side of bread slices with butter. Broil 6-inches from heat until lightly browned. Set aside.
    Combine peanut butter and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
    Spread mixture on untoasted side of 5 bread slices.
    Top each with another slice, toasted side up.
    Yields 5 servings.
