Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. carton cottage cheese
3 oz. pkg. orange jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can chopped peaches, drained
1 can chopped Mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation

Mix cottage cheese and jello and set aside while preparing fruit.
Mix fruit and cheese mixture.
Lightly mix one medium sized carton Cool Whip and pour in mold or container (for me a mold does not work because it does not set enough for a mold).
Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Will keep for 3 or 4 days.
