Fried Frog'S Legs(Modern) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    2 lb. frog's legs
    1/2 c. lard
Preparation
    Beat egg; mix in cornmeal, salt, pepper and onion powder.
    Dip frog's legs in batter and pan-fry in hot lard for 20 to 25 minutes.
