Corned Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    4 to 6 potatoes
    1 small onion
    1 can corned beef
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 2 c. water
Preparation
    Layer potatoes (sliced), the onion (sliced thin) and then layer cabbage (wedged).
    Salt and pepper as you layer.
    Add 1 tablespoon meat grease, butter and water according to how much you cook.
    Then put the corned beef on top of the cabbage and be sure to have the pan with airtight lid.
    Let cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes on low heat.
