Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. oleo
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
6 slices bread
ground nutmeg
Preparation

Melt oleo in an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Beat eggs; add sugar and vanilla and mix together.
Pinch bread into chunks and combine into milk mixture.
Pour in baking dish over melted oleo.
Sprinkle top with nutmeg.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done in the middle.
