Apple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. sour cream
    1 jar (7 oz.) Marshmallow Creme
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. peeled apple slices
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Blend in vanilla. Add combined flour, baking powder and baking soda alternately with sour cream, mixing well after each addition.
