Teri'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 slice bread, crumbled fine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium onion, sliced thin
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    sprinkle of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix first nine ingredients until well blended.
    (I use my hands.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and nutmeg.
    During the last 1/2 hour of baking time, pour over top of meat loaf and continue baking.
