Palm Springs Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 green onions
    1 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/3 c. crumbled Roquefort or Bleu cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Finely mince (tops and all) the green onions. Stir into the sour cream.
    Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, cheese, salt and pepper. Allow to stand several hours before serving.
    Makes 4 generous servings.
