Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 lb. can fruit cocktail
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add flour, salt and soda.
    Drain juice from fruit into batter.
    Fold in fruit by hand.
    Sprinkle coconut over top of batter.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
