Hot Asparagus Canapes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 slices thin white bread
3 oz. Blue cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
20 spears cooked asparagus (fresh or canned)
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Trim bread crust.
Roll bread thin with rolling pin.
Blend cheese and egg and spread on bread.
Place each asparagus spear on bread slice and roll up.
Fasten with toothpick.
Dip in butter. Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
Slice in 3 pieces each.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
