Crunchy Potato Wedges(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
    salt
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 c. crushed cornflake crumbs
    paprika
Preparation
    Tip: Instead of cornflakes, you can substitute equal amounts of Parmesan cheese and dry breadcrumbs.
