Shrimp Cantonese With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    12 oz. peeled, deveined raw shrimp, halved lengthwise
    2 c. sliced onion
    2 c. celery, sliced
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 qt. or 8 oz. fresh spinach leaves
    1 (16 oz.) can fancy mixed Chinese vegetables, rinsed and drained
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 1/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    While rice is cooking, saute shrimp in butter for 1 minute or until pink, using a large skillet.
    Add celery and onions.
    Cook, stirring, 2 minutes.
    Add spinach and Chinese vegetables.
    Cover and cook 1 minute.
