Easy Light Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Crisco
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. boiling milk
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Preparation

Combine Crisco, sugar and salt.
Pour boiling milk into ingredients and stir until dissolved.
Cool.
Soften yeast in warm water in which 1 teaspoon of sugar has been added.
Add to liquid ingredients.
Add egg and flour, stirring thoroughly.
Let rise until doubled.
Punch down and shape into rolls.
Let rise again until doubled in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
