Winner'S Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 pkg. Kraft spaghetti with meat sauce
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) can onion rings
Preparation
    Saute vegetables.
    Add cream cheese and milk.
    Combine 1/2 meat sauce with cooked spaghetti.
    Place in 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    Top with cream cheese mixture and remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Top with onions.
    Bake 15 more minutes.
