Barley-Corn Summer Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. barley
    1 c. red pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    kernels from 3 ears corn, uncooked
Preparation
    Cook barley 1/2 hour in boiling, salted water.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Dress with vinaigrette dressing.
    Taste for salt and pepper.
    Chill and serve.
