Sole Or Flounder Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh sole or flounder fillets
1 c. low-fat sour cream
8 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced fresh onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt or garlic and pepper to taste
dash of red cayenne pepper (optional)
paprika
3 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
Preparation

Arrange fish fillets in a single layer in a nonstick baking dish.
Combine all remaining ingredients, except paprika and parsley.
Spread over fish.
Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes, just until the fish flakes easily.
Sprinkle liberally with paprika and serve.
Makes 8 servings.
