Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 beaten egg
    8 oz. medium Cheddar cheese, shredded or diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    potato chips for topping
Preparation
    Put margarine and squash in pan (no water).
    Cook until almost tender (6 to 8 minutes).
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in egg and cheese.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Crush potato chips.
    Put on top of squash mixture.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
