Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 finely crushed crackers
    2 slices bread
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pour liquid from salmon into bowl.
    Add egg, milk, lemon juice and beat well.
    Add crackers, bread and flour.
    Let stand a few minutes until bread crumbs are soft.
    Add onions and salmon.
    Mix well.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Shape into balls and deep fry until golden brown.
