Fresh Apple-Date Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 well beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. each: lemon, orange and vanilla flavoring
3 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. soda
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
1/2 box chopped dates
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Combine in large bowl the sugar, oil, eggs, salt and flavorings.
Beat well.
Then add flour, soda, apples, dates and pecans.
Bake in well-greased and floured tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
