Quick Vichyssoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can potato soup
    1 can milk
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    grated onion to taste
    onion tops or chives, finely cut
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream or low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Heat soup, milk and bouillon cubes over medium-low heat.
    Add grated onion and blend.
    Let cool and fold in sour cream.
    Chill well.
    Sprinkle with chives or onion tops prior to serving.
    Makes 4 servings.
