Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up (undrained)
1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. dried crushed oregano
1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook spaghetti.
Drain.
Stir in butter until melted.
Add Parmesan cheese and egg.
Mix well.
Form mixture into crust in a greased pie pan or small cake pan.
In a skillet, cook ground beef, onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender.
Drain off any grease.
Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Heat through.
Spread tomato mixture over spaghetti crust.
Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
