Medallions Of Pork With Wild Mushrooms And Berries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick unsalted butter
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 1/2 lb. assorted wild mushrooms
    1 c. cranberries
    1 c. blueberries
    2 c. Port wine
    1 tsp. salt to taste
    1 tsp. pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 lb. medallions of pork or 4 boneless pork chops
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick of butter with the chopped garlic.
    Add the mushrooms; saute over medium heat until partially cooked.
    Add the cranberries, blueberries and Port; continue to cook for another 5 minutes, or until mushrooms are soft.
    With a slotted spoon, remove the mushrooms and berries; set aside on a warm platter.
