Cheesy Hash Brown Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. margarine
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 or 3 c. fancy shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Thaw potatoes.
Mix all ingredients in bowl and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with nonstick coating.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
