Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced celery
3 chopped eggs
1 can beef bouillon
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 can broken corned beef
1 small onion, grated
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 soup can water
1/2 envelope gelatin
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Warm bouillon and water and pour over gelatin and lemon Jell-O, stirring until dissolved.
When cool add to other ingredients. Pour into an oblong dish or two loaf pans to a depth of about one inch.
Chill.
As mixture begins to set, stir to prevent vegetables from settling to the bottom.
Serves 10 to 12.
