Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
    2 qt. squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 carrot, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash and onions until tender.
    Drain and mash well. Add margarine, soup, sour cream, carrot, salt, pepper and half of stuffing mix.
    Pour in greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix over squash mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
