Erma'S Meat Loaf For Freezing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground beef or ground chuck
    2 lb. ground pork
    10 eggs
    4 c. bread or cracker crumbs
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. applesauce
    2 c. catsup
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. onions, chopped
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Blend celery, onions and green pepper in blender.
    Add other ingredients in a large pan.
    Shape into any size loaf pans according to servings needed.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 36.
