Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat grease, 2-inches deep, very hot.
    Mix batter.
    Pour through funnel into hot grease, moving in circular motion, then crisscross. Brown lightly.
    Remove and drain. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
