Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. dark raisins
    2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. stale white bread cubes
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/3 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Soak raisins in water for 20 minutes.
    Drain and set aside. Heat milk and butter in saucepan until butter melts.
    Do not boil.
