Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, well beaten
1 scant c. white sugar
1 scant c. dark syrup
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. meal
pinch of salt
1 large spoon butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together; pour into uncooked pie crust. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; then at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
