Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    4 potatoes
    5 carrots
    1 onion
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes, carrots and onion.
    Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Place chicken on top.
    Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water and pour over chicken.
    (You may need more liquid.)
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
