Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 10 oz. pkg. frozen cut up broccoli
    1 small (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    onion and 1 c. celery (for flavor; optional)
Preparation
    Saute broccoli and butter (also onion and celery if used). Add Cheez Whiz and soup.
    Mix well.
    Put rice in baking dish. Cover with mixture; mix slightly.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
