Wild Apple Snow - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. wild apples, peeled and finely chopped
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 egg whites

Preparation

Sprinkle sugar over apples.
Add egg whites and beat with electric beater until light and frothy.
Pour into freezer tray and freeze.
Serve in dessert dishes topped with warm vanilla pudding.
