Mary Knowles' No Bake Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. evaporated milk (small can)
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    6 Tbsp. undiluted orange juice (frozen)
    3/4 c. chopped dates
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 c. broken walnuts
    1 c. mixed candied fruit
    1 c. candied cherries
    4 c. crushed cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients over low heat in a 3-quart saucepan until marshmallows melt.
    Stir in dates, raisins, walnuts, mixed fruit and cherries.
    Stir until well blended the mixture of cracker crumbs, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
    Press into a pan lined with wax paper.
    Let cool for 2 days.
    Cover tightly.
