Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    2 small or 1 large box instant vanilla pudding
    3 c. milk
    1 c. powdered sugar
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    1 can light chocolate icing (or make your own)
Preparation
    Beat pudding, sugar and milk until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip. Make 1 layer of whole graham crackers (don't break).
    Layer the pudding next.
    Repeat 2 more times.
    Spread icing on top. Refrigerate at least 24 hours.
