Indian Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 yellow squash, sliced thin
    1 small bell pepper, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 ears of corn, cut from cob or use frozen corn
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    If you like hot food, add a small green chili pepper.
    Stir vegetables in skillet and add a very small amount of water.
    Cover and steam until tender.
    Stir when about half done.
    (An electric skillet is very good for preparing this dish.)
