Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. hot water
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Combine hot water and oatmeal.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat until well blended, then add oatmeal. Mix again.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at
    375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
