Jellied Chicken Or Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chunk style tuna, drained or equal amount of cubed chicken
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped
1 Tbsp. shallots or onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. capers
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2 c. mayo
watercress
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Soften gelatine in cold water in measuring cup.
Put cup in pan of boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir into mayo.
Mix well with tuna or chicken mixture.
Pour into 1 1/4 qt. ring mold, or individual molds.
Chill for 2 hours or longer.
No salad dressing is needed. Serve with lots of watercress garnish.
