Breakfast Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    2 cubes chicken bouillon, fixed according to directions
    1/4 c. water
    1 lb. sausage (turkey or low-fat)
Preparation
    Mix first seven ingredients together.
    Put into well-greased casserole dish.
    Cover and bake for approximately 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    After baking 30 minutes, stir and then return to oven and bake 30 minutes more.
    Brown the sausage, drain and place on top. Serve immediately.
