Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 large onion, minced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Combine meat, egg, onion and salt.
Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
Combine chili sauce, jelly and lemon juice.
Cook over medium heat until jelly melts, stirring constantly.
Add meatballs to sauce and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
