Cauliflower Cheddar Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. snipped parsley
1/4 c. chopped pimento
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine soup, milk and eggs.
Stir in half of the cheese, the bread crumbs, parsley, pimento, onion, salt and pepper.
Chop cauliflower and stir into soup mixture.
Turn into 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Top with remaining shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake 5 more minutes.
